A tremendous encounter saw both sides put on a great demonstration of the strength of amateur Rugby League in London as the two old rivals stood toe to toe for eighty fantastic minutes.
The London Rugby League community will host a UK citizens V Rest of the World ‘Test match’ on Friday August 29th at St Mary’s university Twickenham in support of the charity ‘right to play’.

South London Storm Academy made their debut at the Henry Paul Invitational 9's at the Twickenham Stoop on Sunday August 17th.
The Under 18's competition also featured sides from Elmbridge, West London and Greenwich.
South London Storm are on the look out for volunteer coaches to join the clubs expanding senior and Academy teams for 2009.
Experience isn't always necessary as support will be given to obtain UkCC coaching qualifcations
